with st. valentines day approaching should i send her an anymous bunch of flowers or gift or should be upfront n tell her how much i love her,even tho i know she dont like me

What you are considering will probably make you feel better, but it goes by the name of attempted homewrecking where I come from, and I causes nothing but problems.
