Ladies, do you have this problem?

I have never dated anyone who has money. In some ways that is good - I am not shallow. But in other ways, it stinks.





I don't get flowers, nice gifts, fancy vacations - NOTHING!!!!





Am I the only girl out there that would like to be spoiled just once?

Ladies, do you have this problem?

the thing is most guys are not very giving...even if they have money....and the guys who don't have much...still should be giving and find ways to make the women they are seeing feel loved....

Your not hunny, I'd like to be spoiled but the things is, is that I do.My mate spoils me all the time thru the little things he does for me.

Reply:My ex came from a wealthy family and he gave me anything I wanted. I soon realized after 5 years together that it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. I wasn't happy. The guy I'm with now is anything but wealthy, but shows me love in other ways (non-materialistic ways). :)
Reply:I would rather be spoiled with him cooking dinner for me, a foot rub, going with me to yard sales even if he hates them...."things" mean nothing to me. I would rather have him treat me good.
Reply:i agree with Riya. my boyfriend never ever bought me any presents even for my birthday. i am not resentful but tired of it. it's been 2 years and i havent got anything from him. i have nothing to show my friends and say look my boyfriend gave me this and that. i am sick of it. i always give give give and get nothing in return. :(
Reply:yes i know exactly what ur talking about, but i still would never date a guy with money, in my experience they are spoiled and think they can by affection, u know a bunch af flowers is more romantic when somebody jumps over a wall to a garden to pick them instaed of buying them i think

Reply:No I would love to be spoiled. I dated Jon, I was never spoiled! I did have one guy that I dated that used to bring me fun stuff flowers and candy and popcorn if we were gonna just stay in and watch a movie and stuff. That was nice
Reply:no you aren't the only one.... i have been w/ my bf for 2 years now and he knows that just once in a while i would like candle light, roses and soft music in the background.... he always tells me that if he does all that now what is he going to do for me years down the line....








i know it doesn't make sense to me either..... we do a lot of things for them.... we just ask for things here and there.....
